August 12th , 2009 - Equity Capital Management (ECM) is pleased to announce the addition of experienced executive and merchant banker Raghu Kilambi to the board of directors of ECM.
Mr. Kilambi has had a varied and successful 20 year career in financial, operational and merchant banking roles in the technology, telecom and health care fields.

Mr. Kilambi is currently Executive VP and CFO of MyScreen Mobile Inc., an innovative mobile advertising company backed by multinational wireless company Orascom Telecom.
Previously, Mr. Kilambi was a principal of IT Services company Pangeaa Systems that grew organically and via acquisitions and was sold to CGI (GIB: NYSE). In addition, Mr. Kilambi led the growth of a technology services provider from start-up to a peak $2 billion Nasdaq valuation. including a strategic investment from Microsoft. In addition, Mr. Kilambi has led venture investment groups that invested in companies that were subsequently acquired by Yahoo and EBay.

Mr. Kilambi commenced his career in the telecommunications group of Touche Ross & Co (now Deloitte & Touche). He earned his Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting with Great Distinction from McGill University in Montreal, Canada and is a Chartered Accountant.
